Our team is constantly working to improve Yazara’s solution. Based on market and customer feedback, we have recently completed development efforts on a new UI with the following value-added features:
Our customers will now be able to customize all screens (i.e., color, font, logo) by themselves and in real time, using the SoftPOS Web Portal with its dynamic design structure.
NFC (Near Field Communication) Antenna Locator
We have developed a set of animations for different COTS devices so that if the card isn’t able to be read by the NFC receiver during the payment acceptance step, the animation becomes visible and shows the user where they need to tap the card. We continue to add animations for additional devices.
FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) Integration
We have integrated our FAQs into the application. Users can navigate to this screen so that all FAQs and answers are visible.
Administrative Web Portal User Guide
We have documented and built a user’s guide for all administrative functions, queries, and reports available through the web portal, including step-by-step instructions and information about all administrative functions for our customers, as well as their merchant customers.
At Yazara, we view the new UI and the associated value-added features as key capabilities to continue to enrich the customer experience by facilitating a more seamless user experience, and further differentiate our offerings to our customers and their merchants. Allowing our customers to be less dependent on our resources and development efforts, in return, allows them to be more adaptable to their merchants’ needs in real time in a cost-effective manner, making it a win-win situation for all parties. We continue to look for ways to improve our customers’ experience, to further reduce their costs, and we take pride in soliciting their feedback to enhance and improve our product offerings.
